Both Work, for Different Reasons
| Feature | Damp hair | Dry hair |
|---|---|---|
| Spreads | Very evenly | Needs more care |
| Best for | Shaping, taming frizz, wave definition | Fine-tuning, flyaways, refreshing |
| Finish | Softer, more natural | More precise |
| Amount | Slightly more is fine | Use less |
On Damp Hair
- Blot out excess water so hair is towel-damp, not dripping.
- Warm a dime-sized amount until translucent.
- Work through mid-lengths to ends, then lightly over the top.
- Style and let dry or blow-dry on low.
On Dry Hair
- Use about half as much as you would on damp hair.
- Rub it into your palms and fingertips until barely visible.
- Smooth over flyaways and shape with fingers or a comb.
Both are covered in the Arganiss ritual and the how to use guide. If your look needs restyling later, dampen your hands to reactivate the cream.
